Didi Perez | Principal Agent
began her career in the touring entertainment industry over a decade ago as an Agent for The Road Company, where she booked national tours for titles such as Annie, Dirty Dancing, Elf: The Broadway Musical and The Illusionists. She also has a background in theatrical marketing and worked as an Account Executive for the editorial and ticketing website TheaterMania, where she developed and sold strategic ad plans to producers, promoters and performing arts venues all across the United States.
Prior to joining The Road Company, Didi was a civil defense attorney in Tampa, Florida. She is a double graduate from the University of Florida, with a BS in Psychology and a JD from the Levin College of Law (Go Gators!). She currently lives in St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband and her two dogs, Fred and George.
Jenny Sirota | Principal Agent
has spent nearly 15 years in the touring industry. Most recently, she was an Agent with CAMI Music, a boutique agency specializing in the general management and touring of prominent musicians and performing artists.
Prior to CAMI Music, Jenny was an Agent with The Road Company, where she worked on dozens of National tours, including Kinky Boots, Dirty Dancing, The Sound of Music, Elf: The Broadway Musical, The Illusionists, Rock of Ages, and The Choir of Man. Before joining The Road Company in 2009, she spent seven years working on the general management staff at Broadway's Lyric Theatre.
Originally from Massachusetts (go Patriots!), Jenny graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Communication and Media Studies. She currently lives in New York City with her husband and their French Bulldog puppy, Booker.
Arianna Giorgetti | Senior Director of Operations
Before joining the RoadCo team, Arianna spent five years at Opus 3 Artists, a leading performing arts management company of world-renowned artists and ensembles. Arianna oversaw day-to-day department operations, corporate contract processes, and employee training during her time as the Manager of Booking and Administration. Prior to this, Arianna was the Attractions Booking Agent for the Northeast where she worked on tours for attractions such as Ailey II, Branford Marsalis Quartet, and Vienna Boys Choir.
Arianna got her start in the industry working for Dispeker Artists, a classical artist management firm. She is an alumna of Syracuse University where she graduated with a degree in Music Industry.
Will Whitaker | Manager of Operations
Prior to his current role at RoadCo Entertainment, Will spent over two years on the licensing team at Concord Theatricals, working to champion and service the catalogs of R&H Theatricals, Samuel French, Tams-Witmark and The Andrew Lloyd Webber Collection.
He developed his affection for the music and entertainment industries when he began his career at Anthem Entertainment Group in the catalog department at Jingle Punks Music. There he worked closely with artists and producers, and helped manage a catalog of over 500,000 works.
Originally from Minnesota, he graduated from New York University in 2017.
Greg Seamon | Agent
Greg joins RoadCo from the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas, TX where he served as the Vice President of Programming and Venue Sales for 5 years. He was responsible for the strategic planning and departmental direction for programming the venues of the AT&T PAC campus as well as co-promoting events across the city of Dallas. Prior to AT&T PAC, he worked as the Programming Manager for the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia, and as an Assistant at Paradigm Talent Agency and Creative Artists Agency in New York City.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University. He has served on the board of the Consortium of Eastern Regional Theaters (ConsERT) as well as the Pennsylvania Presenters. In 2016 he was selected to the Emerging Leadership Institute at the Association of Performing Arts Presenters Conference.
Greg currently lives in Philadelphia, PA with his wife. In his spare time he enjoys attending live arts and sports events, traveling, and Pickleball.
Ruth Laurence | Coordinator of Operations
Before joining RoadCo Entertainment, Ruth was a paralegal at Lankler Siffert & Wohl, where she assisted attorneys with document productions, database research and client and witness meetings.
Ruth graduated from Williams College where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Art History. During her time at Williams, she coordinated and organized performances for her a cappella group, and she supervised first-year orientation. Ruth is a lifelong lover of theater and music and is thrilled to be coming on board the RoadCo team.

BSL Enterprises is a partnership between Stephen Lindsay and Brett Sirota, co-Founders and Partners in The Road Company, a leading Broadway Booking Agency, representing such Broadway tours as Wicked, Moulin Rouge!, Jagged Little Pill, and Ain't Too Proud. BSL also manages, raises money for, and invests in Broadway and other live entertainment business ventures.
